Sea Holly Cottage has three bedrooms, two public rooms, and a private garden. It can comfortably accommodate six people and is ideal for families with children.

Bedrooms: one double; one twin; and one single room with bunk-beds - all on the first floor.The double master bedroom has a door leading to the rear garden and patio area.

Kitchen & Dining room: The cottage has a fitted kitchen with electric fan-oven, gas hob, microwave, dish-washer, washing machine, and drier. The kitchen has a small breakfast bar and there is a separate dining room/family room with two comfortable chairs and a small TV/video combination.

Bathroom: The bathroom, situated on the firts floor, has an over-bath electric shower, heated towel rail/radiator and a shaver point.

Sitting room: The sitting room provides a quiet space for relaxation with a door leading out to a pretty gravel courtyard. This room also has a television, DVD player and VCR. There is an enclosed garden at the rear of the house with a patio and a barbecue, perfect for ‘al fresco’ dining.

The cottage is heated by gas central heating. A telephone is available for the use of guests and broadband wireless Internet access is available for guests bringing their own wireless laptop (please ask for access arrangements).
